Presentation ‘From Zero to Hero: How to Start and Get Your Data Ready for AI’
On 10 October, the global analytics conference MicroStrategy World 2024 made a stop in Vienna – a unique opportunity for many interested parties to immerse themselves in the latest developments in BI & AI and exchange ideas with industry experts.
Together with our technology partner Exasol, we were able to explain the topic ‘From Zero to Hero: How to Start and Get Your Data Ready for AI’ in an exclusive session.
Thomas Petrik, Managing Director & Head of Technology Consulting at Sphinx and Dirk Beerbohm, Global Partner Solution Engineer at Exasol, gave interesting insights into the necessary data strategy transformation for companies in their presentation.
It all revolved around the following key question: How can the latest data and AI technologies be integrated, optimised and used innovatively? Isolated, heterogeneous data must be transformed into a consistent, high-quality and scalable basis for fast reports and business insights – quickly and with the latest technologies.
Using the fully integrated RED (Rapid Exploratory Data Analysis) solution tech stack from Sphinx, Exasol and MicroStrategy as a concrete example, the two speakers provided practical insights into building a future-proof data ecosystem. Whether companies are starting from scratch or expanding their existing knowledge, the joint solution can significantly simplify data warehouse projects and develop a robust, holistic data strategy.
A special highlight was a live demo of the new Exasol AI Lab – the interested audience gained insights into the implementation of specific AI use cases in the backend of the Exasol database.
